Information you send us

When you submit a general inquiry, Medovy receives the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to provide. We use those details to answer you, follow up on your request, and keep an appropriate business record of the conversation.

Your order selections

The current order builder keeps your selections and estimated total in your browser for up to 24 hours so you can continue an order on the same device. Those selections are not submitted to Medovy until you choose to share the prepared message. If you continue through Instagram, Instagram's own privacy practices also apply.

If website-submitted order requests are introduced later, contact details, dessert selections, fulfillment preferences, and notes will be used to review and manage that request.

Hosting, safety, and analytics

The services that host and protect this website may process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, timestamps, and error or security logs. Medovy may later add aggregate website analytics to understand which pages and ordering steps are useful; this notice will be updated if that happens.

Retention and service providers

Inquiry details, and any future order records, are generally kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, maintain appropriate records, or resolve an issue. The exact period can vary by record type and applicable operational or legal requirements. Authorized administrators can permanently delete archived inquiries, and Medovy reviews stored inquiries so information is not kept simply because it can be. Website, storage, and communication providers may process information in order to provide their respective services, under their own terms and privacy practices.
